So, when is the Euro going to come down???

After the crash of the Euro this summer, I've been awaiting another dip in the Euro.  Looking on Forex Factory and ForexStreet.com I see there have been meetings in the IMF, but haven't heard concrete news about a bailout for Spain or any other of the PIIGS countries (Portugal, Italy, Ireland, Greece, and Spain) that I would think would make the Euro plunge again... The US unemployment figures may not have been wildly improved, but they are not worse, either... hmmm the mystery of Forex... to be continued.
